Professional Information: Occupation, title, company, GP affiliation, and investment experience.
Technical / Usage Data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, geolocation, pages visited, clicks, and other interactions with the Services.
Cookies and Tracking: Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for analytics, advertising, and platform functionality.
Other Information: Feedback, surveys, communications, or voluntary submissions via the Services.
2. How We Use Your Information
Helm uses personal information to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Services
- Conduct KYC/AML verification for investor eligibility
- Respond to questions, support requests, and administrative inquiries
- Deliver updates, technical notices, and system alerts

Data collected is securely stored and shared only to comply with legal obligations or authorized service providers.
8. User Rights (Non-U.S. Eligible Investors)
