Our site is operated by Helm Platform LLC, incorporated in the Marshall Islands. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Use, the site, or any content thereon at any time for legal, regulatory, security, operational, or functional reasons. Such modifications will take effect immediately upon posting on our site. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to ensure you remain aware of and compliant with the current version. Your continued use of our site following the posting of any modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Prohibited Uses
You may use our site solely for lawful purposes. Any use that breaches applicable local, national, or international law or regulation is strictly prohibited. Login Details
Your username and password are unique to you and non-transferable. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your login credentials and must take all necessary precautions to protect them. You must notify Helm Platform LLC immediately at privacy@helm.finance if you suspect any unauthorized use, loss, or disclosure of your login credentials.
